Million Dollar Year is for business owners, for business use. You must be 18 or older and give us accurate information.

A free account opens the free lessons and tools. Million Dollar Blueprint and the memberships open more, as described where you buy them. Keep access to your email secure: anyone with your sign-in code can enter your account.

Million Dollar Blueprint costs $100, paid once through Whop. It gives you Million Dollar Coach to build your Foundation in the app: you, your design, your brand and voice, your reading, your vision, your offer, and your content and ads report. Million Dollar Coach is there while you build it; once the seven parts are done it closes, and your Blueprint stays in your account for you to read and download.

Payments are processed by Whop under its terms. For any question about a payment, write to us.

Million Dollar Year and Million Dollar Acquisition are sold on a call. Their price, term, what is included and how to cancel are set out in writing before you pay, and those written terms apply to them.

We make no claim or promise that you will reach any revenue, profit or income figure. Figures on our pages are requirements you can test against your own business, or past results we state with their source, never a forecast for you. Building a business requires work, time and judgment. Effort does not guarantee results, and you may lose money.

Million Dollar Coach is an AI. It works from what you tell it and what you connect, and it can be wrong. Check anything before you rely on it or publish it. It changes something in a connected tool only when you approve that change.

What you put in, and the Blueprint and other work made for you, are yours. You let us store and process them to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you give us, including the details of the people in calls you record.

Do not use Million Dollar Year to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, to copy or resell our training or software, or to get around its limits.

Tools you connect, such as GoHighLevel, Fathom, Stripe, Whop and your social channels, stay your accounts, under their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time under Your profile, Connections, including after your membership ends; nothing is read from them once it has.

Million Dollar Year sends text messages about your application and your calls (confirmations, reminders and follow-up) only to people who tick the optional box when they apply or book. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time; you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@milliondollaryear.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is in our privacy policy.

We provide Million Dollar Year with care, as it is, and we keep improving it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and members are told in the app. You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
