Million Dollar Year (“we”) runs milliondollaryear.com and the member app at app.milliondollaryear.com. This page says what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and how you stay in control. Questions: support@milliondollaryear.com.
What we collect
Your account. Your email address, the one-time codes we send you to sign in, and the cookies that keep you signed in.
Forms you send. When you apply, join a list or book a call: your name, email, phone, business, website, revenue band and your answers. With the form, where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed and the site that sent you, kept in your browser until you send a form.
What you build in the app. Your answers about how you work, your offer, your brand and voice, your check-ins, the figures you enter in the tracker, your lesson work, the files and images you send, and your conversation with Million Dollar Coach.
Your birth details, only if you choose. Your birth date, time and place, with your consent, for your design and your reading. They stay in your account, are never shown to our staff and are never sent to our CRM. Deleting them deletes your reading and every message that mentions them.
Your public channels. When you give us your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube, we read your own public posts and captions to draft your brand and your content report. Nothing is ever posted.
Tools you connect, only if you connect them. With your GoHighLevel token, Million Dollar Coach reads what that token can see while you talk to it, and changes something only when you approve it on a card. With your Fathom key, the calls you record reach us with their transcripts and the names and emails of the people on them; each call is kept with its review until you delete it.
Stripe and Whop, only if you connect them. With a read-only Stripe restricted key or Stripe’s own sign-in, and with Whop’s own sign-in, we read your sales, refunds and disputes as totals per day and currency, for your room in the Elite Circle. We never read your customers’ names, emails or cards, and we can never move money. The key or the access is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown again. Other members see only the badge of your room, never your figures. Disconnecting deletes the key or the access and every day read, at once; one that Stripe or Whop stops accepting is deleted after 25 days; and nothing is read for you once your membership ends.
Payments. Whop takes your payment. We receive the payment’s status, product and amount and your email. We never see or store your card.
Visits. Page views and a few events (which page, which button), counted without cookies and without identifying you.
YouTube and Instagram, only if you connect them
What we read. With YouTube Analytics, connected through your own Google sign-in: your channel’s name and its subscriber, view and video counts; your latest uploads with their titles, publication dates, lengths and view, like and comment counts; and your channel’s views, minutes watched, average view duration and subscribers gained and lost, day by day. With Instagram Insights, connected through your own Instagram sign-in (Business and Creator accounts only): your username, name, account type and follower, following and post counts; your latest posts with their type, date, link, likes and comments and their views, reach, saves, shares and reels watch time; and your account’s views, reach, accounts engaged and interactions, day by day. We ask only for read-only access. We never post and never change anything on either account.
Why. So you see your own figures in your account, and so Million Dollar Coach can answer about your content and build your content work on what your own videos and posts did. We use them only for these features you see in the app. We do not sell them, do not use them for advertising and do not use them to train AI models. The AI model behind Million Dollar Coach (Anthropic) reads them only to answer you.
Where they are kept. The access Google or Instagram gives us is encrypted before it is stored, in our database in Ireland (Supabase), and is never shown to you, to our staff or to the AI model. Your figures sit beside it, in your account only.
How long. While you stay connected, we read them again about once a day. Video titles and post links are replaced at each read and deleted if they are not read again within 30 days. If Google or Instagram stops accepting the access, your figures are deleted within seven days.
Disconnecting and deleting. In the app, under Your profile, Connections, Disconnect deletes the access and every figure at once. For YouTube we also hand the access back to Google. You can remove our access yourself at any time on Google’s security settings page, and in Instagram’s settings under apps and websites. Instagram gives apps no way to hand their access back, so after disconnecting there, remove us in Instagram too.
Google. Million Dollar Year uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to what Google does with your information. Million Dollar Year’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Instagram. Instagram is a Meta product. Meta’s own Privacy Policy applies to what Meta does with your information.
Text messages
Only if you tick the box. When you apply or book a call, you can tick a separate, optional box to receive text messages. If you do, Million Dollar Year texts the number you gave about your application and your calls: confirmations, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you do not tick it, we do not text you.
Your record. We keep the date, the page and the exact wording you agreed to, beside your contact in our CRM.
Never shared for marketing. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. GoHighLevel and its carrier partners receive your number only to deliver our messages.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also write to support@milliondollaryear.com.
The iPhone app
The app signs you in the same way as the website and keeps your session in the phone’s keychain, on the phone only. If you switch on notifications, the app gives us a notification address for that phone, which we keep with your account until you switch them off, sign out or delete your account; Expo and Apple carry the notifications to it, and a notification never carries a figure. A picture you choose is made smaller on the phone and sent only when you send it. Before Million Dollar Coach answers you the first time, the app asks your permission to send what you write and the business details on your account to Anthropic, and you can take it back under Your profile. The app does not track you, show ads or read anything else on your phone.
Why we use it
To run your account and the program you bought, to have Million Dollar Coach answer from your own information, to reply to your applications and bookings, to take payment, and to tell Meta that a purchase happened so our ads reach people like our buyers (see below). We do not sell your information.
Who processes it for us
Supabase (our database and sign-in, in Ireland), Vercel (hosting, in Ireland), Anthropic (the AI model behind Million Dollar Coach), Resend (sign-in emails), GoHighLevel (our CRM, for applications, bookings and buyers), Whop (payments), ScrapeCreators (reading your public posts), Firecrawl (web search, only for a message you switch it on for), Expo and Apple (notifications to the iPhone app, only if you switch them on), Fathom, Stripe and Whop (only if you connect them), Google and Meta for your YouTube and Instagram figures (only if you connect them, see above), and Meta for purchases (see below). Each processes your information to provide its service to us, under its own terms.
Meta. When you buy, our server tells Meta a purchase happened, with your email scrambled (hashed) so it cannot be read, the amount and the product. There is no Meta pixel and no advertising cookie on our site.
Our staff
Our staff do not read your birth details, your reading, your files or your recorded calls. To set up your connections for you, we may sign in to your account with your agreement; anything done then is recorded in your account.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your information while you have an account. Under Your profile, in the app, you can disconnect each tool (which deletes what was read from it), delete your birth details and reading, each file, each recorded call, and your conversation, and you can download everything on file. To delete your account and everything we hold, use Delete my account under Your profile, Settings, on the website or in the app; you can also write to us. Copies held by the providers above are deleted under their own terms. Step by step: deleting your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, and object to how we use it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@milliondollaryear.com.
Cookies and your browser
We use only the cookies that keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps a few settings for you: where your visit came from (until you send a form), your theme and whether the chat panel is open.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top and tell members in the app.
