Deleting your data
Last updated 17 October 2026
You decide what Million Dollar Year keeps. Each step below deletes at once; nothing is kept as a copy on our side.
A connected tool
Sign in at app.milliondollaryear.com, open Your profile, then Connections, choose the tool and Disconnect. That deletes its key or access and everything read from it: your GoHighLevel token; your Fathom key; your Stripe key or sign-in and every day of sales read; your Whop sign-in and every day read; your YouTube or Instagram access and every figure read; or a public channel’s address and the posts read from it. You can disconnect after your membership ends too.
For YouTube we also hand the access back to Google. Instagram and Stripe give apps no way to hand it back, so remove Million Dollar Year there as well: in Instagram under apps and websites, in Stripe under Settings, then Installed apps.
Your files, calls, birth details and conversation
Under Your profile: delete each file and each recorded call (with its transcript and review), delete your birth details (which deletes your reading), and clear your conversation with Million Dollar Coach. Under Settings you can download everything on file first.
Your whole account
On the website, open Your profile, then Settings, and choose Delete my account; in the iPhone app, open Me and choose Delete my account at the foot of Your profile. Type the address you sign in with. It deletes everything above, your Elite Circle profile, messages and pictures, and your sign-in, at once. A message of yours that another member answered stays where it is, emptied, as “Message from a deleted member”. You can also write to support@milliondollaryear.com from the address you sign in with.
Your payment records stay with Whop and in our CRM, as the law asks of us. Deleting your account does not cancel a membership, which you cancel with Whop.
